Hi! I’m Caileen, but it’s probably for the best you just call me Cai. I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Growing up I was always involved in the Industry. From intently watching my family members do hair at their salon, to sitting cross legged in my bedroom mirror just trying to perfect the smokey eye. Which looking back now, I definitely did not perfect it. I always knew this was my passion. I assisted at several salons for six years soaking up any knowledge I could take from those that came before me. Practicing and the knowledge I gained led me to start working at a salon, opening a salon suite, and now with over ten years experience, am taking the jump of opening up “The Beauty Spot”. I specialize in blondes, cuts, and color but really, my main goal is to boost your confidence and make you feel like you can do anything you put your mind to, because you can, and with killer hair.

Hey I'm Jacquie! I'm a born and raised Long Islander. I've always had a passion for art since I was little. From painting, drawing, sculpting, to makeup, I did it all! What always stayed was a passion for color and color theory. Transitioning from art school to cosmetology school was seamless with that love of art! I assisted for a few years before I made the jump behind the chair, and have loved it ever since. I specialize in all things color, especially live-in color and vivids (no surprise there), long layered cuts, and tape in extensions. At the end of the day my passion is creating a piece of art unique to each guest that sits in my chair!

Hey I’m Tatum! Born and raised in East Islip NY! I’ve always had a passion for hair since I was a little girl. I’m 1 of 3 girls in my family so growing up I was always the one doing hair and makeup for everybody’s special events. I took cosmetology in high school and decided to continue my passion for hair by attending Brittany Beauty academy right after I graduated in June 2020. Going forward, once I graduated Brittany I found The Beauty Spot and I wouldn’t want it any other way. The support from not only my boss, but the girls I work with makes me love what I do even more. I specialize in blondes, but the purpose of being behind the chair is to make sure all of my clients walk out feeling even more beautiful than they did walking in.✨

Hi I’m Julia! I am a lover of all things eccentric, vivid and out of the box. From a young age I knew i wanted to be in the beauty industry. Expressing myself through hair and makeup on myself, and on others is my biggest passion. There’s nothing like making yourself and others feel beautiful! I specialize in vivids, balayaging and haircuts no matter how short or long. Nothing makes me happier than putting a smile on your face and making your locks gorgeous!

Hi, I'm Danah Owner of @DanahMarieBeauty. In 2015, I decided to step out on faith and continue to pursue my passion. I went back to school for my cosmetology license and finally complete a journey that began in high school, but has always been a childhood passion of mine. Despite numerous life challenges along the way, in 2017, I graduated and finally completed one of the many goals that I had set for myself.
In 2019 the concept of creating beauty products that myself and clients would love was born, and in 2020 despite a global shutdown, I decided to step out on faith again to initiate the process of creating my own brand of cosmetics. In 2021 Danahmariebeauty was launched with the ultimate goal to celebrate and enhance the natural beauty of all my clients present and future. I am dedicated to turn my dreams into reality, and as my business continues to grow, I look forward to all the amazing clients that I will build relationships with, and all of the future opportunities that I will encounter along the way.
